Please read these terms and policies carefully before purchasing any of our Products, Services, or Online Courses. By purchasing, you agree to fully comply with this agreement.

Support Policy

We have worked hard to make our products as easy to use as they are beautiful, and our support resources exist to help you get the most out of your purchase so you can launch your online presence quickly and confidently. We are here to talk to you like a friend, get back to you promptly, and provide answers to questions that are hard to find elsewhere.

Our support policy is in place to clearly outline what is and is not covered. We choose to offer this level of support because we know how valuable it is to have a helpful voice on the other end when you need it.

Scope of Support

Within 3 months of purchase, we can help you with:

  • Installing one of our website templates

  • Any of the template's features or settings

  • Platform updates and their impact on our templates

  • General bug fixes

We are unfortunately unable to help with:

  • Template customisations or modifications

  • General platform questions and support

  • Third party plugins

  • Issues arising from user modifications to the code, styling, or functionality

What Is Covered

Our support is in place to ensure you can get your template installed, configured, and working just like the demo site. We are here to resolve any issues with the installation process, getting functionalities to work as shown, or fixing bugs you may encounter.

Please note that all design decisions have been made intentionally. We ask that you use the template's features as intended, rather than modifying it to look or function differently. We cannot provide support for issues caused by changes to the template's code, styling, or functionality, whether made by you or a third party.

We do not offer support for third party plugins. Any issues should be raised directly with that plugin's author. All third party plugins should be disabled before submitting a support ticket.

We cannot provide support related to your hosting configuration. These issues must be raised with your hosting provider.

Our products are designed as DIY endeavours. A basic working knowledge of the relevant platform is required. Users requiring a greater level of support are encouraged to seek out a professional web developer.

Support Channels

Support must be requested through the proper channels. Please contact us by submitting a support ticket via our website. We are unable to reply to support requests sent through other channels such as social media or direct email.

Reasonable Use

Support is available for 3 months from the date of purchase. Each user is entitled to a reasonable amount of assistance per product purchased. Customers deemed to be misusing our support services will be notified and may have their support access suspended at our discretion.

Abusive or Disrespectful Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend support services without notice for any user who is abusive or disrespectful toward our team. We are an independent studio based in Malmö, Sweden, and we do not tolerate abusive conduct of any kind.

Reporting Bugs

Each template is rigorously tested before being made available for purchase. We strive to resolve any reported bugs as quickly as possible and include fixes in the next update.

Support Hours

We respond to support requests Monday to Friday within 48 hours. More technical issues may take longer to resolve.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase may be requested if we have difficulty locating your order.

Refund Policy

Since our shop sells non tangible digital products that cannot be returned, exchanged, or have access revoked, we are unable to issue refunds after a purchase has been made. Please thoroughly review all demos, requirements, and product details before purchasing.

Terms of Use

This Agreement outlines how you may use our Products, Services, Online Courses, and Materials. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Studio Stina. The term "Site" refers to our website. The terms "user," "you," and "your" refer to any purchaser or user of our products, materials, services, and online courses.

"Materials" refers to any downloadable content such as workbooks, checklists, and templates, as well as workshops, emails, community communications, or any other materials provided by us.

All text, information, graphics, design, layout, photos, images, documents, data, and intellectual property accessible on or offered through our Site are our property and are protected under Swedish intellectual property law. Reproduction is prohibited except as outlined in this Agreement.

Use and Consent

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Products, Services, Online Courses, and Materials, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

All Products, Services, Online Courses, and Materials are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. Any access by anyone under 18 is unauthorised and in violation of this Agreement.

Limited Licence from Us to You

By purchasing or enrolling in our Products, Services, or Online Courses, we grant you a non exclusive, revocable, non transferable licence for personal or personal business use only, limited to you as an individual. You may not share your login or protected access with another person or business. You may not use our Materials in a way that infringes on our rights or that we have not authorised.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, share, or steal our Products, Services, Online Courses, or Materials

  • Represent our Materials as your own or as created by you

  • Modify, reproduce, upload, sell, translate, or distribute our Materials in any form

  • Share or sell any part of our Products, Services, Online Courses, or Materials to any other person for personal or commercial use

  • Violate our intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights

Engaging in prohibited use is considered theft. We retain the right to prosecute to the full extent of the law. Prohibited use may also give rise to civil claims for damages.

Your Licence to Us

By posting or submitting content through our Site or Communities (such as comments, photos, or videos), you grant Studio Stina a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our business. You will not be compensated for submitted content. You warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit.

Our Relationship to You

This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between you and Studio Stina.

Media Release

By participating in our Products, Services, or Online Courses, you consent to photographs, videos, or audio recordings that may be made and that may include your likeness or voice. We reserve the right to use these for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation to you.

Payments

We use a third party payment processor to handle all transactions. By purchasing, you represent that your payment information is accurate and that all charges will be honoured by your bank or card provider.

Instalment Payments

If you use an installment payment option for an Online Course, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. If a payment is missed, you have a 5 day grace period. Failure to pay may result in immediate and permanent loss of access. You remain responsible for the full course cost regardless of withdrawal.

Access to Products and Online Courses

Purchasing a product grants you lifetime access for the life of that product as it exists at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time, with 30 days notice and time to download your materials.

If we significantly upgrade or rework a product, you have not purchased the new version and we are under no obligation to provide it at a reduced price or free of charge.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Site, including our name, logo, designs, text, and graphics, is solely owned by Studio Stina. Use of our Site does not grant you any right to use our logos or materials without prior written permission.

Collection and Security of Personal Information

We may collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and billing details. We will use our best efforts to keep this information safe and secure. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot ultimately guarantee the security of information transmitted to us. Submission of personal information is done at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

You agree that you are voluntarily using our Products, Services, Online Courses, and Materials at your own risk. Our offerings are for informational and educational purposes only. No results are guaranteed, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Legal and Financial Disclaimer

We are not lawyers or financial advisors. Nothing provided through our Products, Services, or Online Courses constitutes legal or financial advice. Please consult your own qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Earnings Disclaimer

We make no representations regarding future income or results of any kind. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your own outcomes.

Access to Site

Termination

If you breach this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your access by email. All terms of this Agreement will continue to apply after termination.
