Transforming a Small Local Boutique to an E-commerce Conglomerate
Exclusively Nordic brands for beauty and home. A small local shop with a small webshop looking to transfer from Quickbutik to Shopify. It turned out to be a significant upgrade with an e-commerce store with over 350 products from beautiful women-owned Nordic brands. Our goal was to transform a physical store into an online platform, shifting the focus from the products to the people and story behind the product.

The client aimed to simultaneously adjust their strategy, focus, and platform, concerned about the potential loss of sales and clients. The challenge lay in transitioning smoothly enough to ensure customers remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
